Free playbooks, toolkits and customizable resources gave businesses and community organizations across Washington practical ways to prepare for the FIFA World Cup and make the tournament their own.

All Are Invited
Participation didn't begin with kickoff. It began months earlier, when businesses and organizations across Washington started asking a basic question: How can we be part of this?
A growing library of free Playbooks and Activation Toolkits helped answer it.
There was guidance for hosting a watch party, preparing a small business for a megaevent and welcoming fans with disabilities. Other resources addressed LGBTQ+ inclusion, human trafficking prevention, human rights concerns and the responsible use of World Cup-related branding.
With support from Visit Seattle, the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Seattle Sports Commission, businesses also received customizable social media assets, printable posters, window clings, business cards and storefront materials.
The idea was not to make every participating business look the same. It was to give people what they needed to join in while remaining unmistakably themselves.
