SEA&WIN was the official mobile game of the Seattle FIFA World Cup 26, sending fans across Seattle and Washington State to explore local businesses, cultural landmarks and hidden gems while earning points and prizes along the way.
The City Was the Game
On a Tuesday afternoon in June, a SEA&WIN player followed a 5x point multiplier to Seattle Center. When he arrived, he stumbled across a vibrant gathering of Bosnian fans—yellow-and-blue flags and banners waving, chants for the whole city to hear.
Developed with Yumebau Inc., SEA&WIN turned the region into a playing field filled with stops, tours, quizzes and challenges. Players earned points by showing up, learning something about a place and moving on to the next discovery.
More than 15,000 people played.

Built by People Who Know Seattle
SeattleFWC26 worked with community organizations across the state to decide where the game should send people. Businesses supplied local facts that became quiz questions, while tours and point multipliers steered players toward places they might otherwise pass by.
The process surprised even the people building it. One member of the data team had lived in Seattle for 35 years and still discovered places he had never known were there.
Winning Together
Players could earn merchandise, collectible posters and even tickets to FIFA World Cup matches, but getting people out into the region was the bigger idea.
One mother and her adult son, both locals, followed SEA&WIN on a tour through Puyallup and visited places they had lived near for years but never explored together. They finished the loop and won tickets to a World Cup match.
SEA&WIN gave people a reason to go somewhere new. What they found when they got there was more than a prize.
